Features of this apprenticeship include:
12 month course
Guidance from a workplace mentor
Understanding food legislation
Learn how to produce a variety of dishes in line with current food trends
Understanding nutritional content
Candidates must be able to work evenings from 4-11pm and attend college one day per week
Five day working week
Start November 2021 or January 2022
